In the last few days of December, Designboom – a famous architectural electronic journal - released a list of top 10 hotels and resorts in 2014. Accordingly, Flamingo Dai Lai Resort is the only one Vietnamese representative having presence in the list.

Designboom is the world's first and most famous electronic journal specializing in architecture and design. At the end of December 2014, this journal published a list of Top 10 hotels and resorts 2014 basing on some criteria including "diverse in form", "intimate and expansive volumes utilized to great effect", “a range of different materials and production techniques", and "providing a tranquil and calming temporary residence for guests".
