Vietnam Japan ICT Forum held in Hanoi

Recently, Wi-Fi coverage on the first Boeing 787-9 of Vietnam Airlines has been tested at the factory of Boeing in US. The Internet service is expected to apply on almost new flights of the airline receiving in mid-2015.

By dint of cooperating with Laos in terms of economic development research, Vietnam economy and Lao economy will be improved significantly. The two sides discussed many plans and cooperation orientations to develop economy.

Two days ago, a conference on Vietnam UNESCO’s contribution to sustainable development of World Heritage Committee was held in Hanoi. The conference aims to focus on developing the role of Vietnam in preserving and promoting world heritages in Vietnam.

Now, locals and tourists can easily travel from Da Nang City to Ba Na in about 20 minutes due to Ba Na - Suoi Mo Road in Da Nang. The new road shortens the distance and time between the city center and Ba Na, and contributes greatly to tourism in Da Nang.

On October 1, the Chairman of Samsung Vietnam gets license for US$1.4 project of investment in Vietnam. The project, Samsung CE Complex, is seen to have the largest capital ever. The factory will be constructed in Saigon Hi-Tech Park.

On December 13th, an 81-storey skyscraper named The Landmark 81, which belongs to luxury urban area Vinhomes Central Park was started construction by Vingroup. It is expected that this highest building in Vietnam will be inaugurated in 2017.

Starbucks will open its three coffee shops in Hanoi in the effort to conquer the demanding palates of residents in this city. According to a representative of Starbucks Vietnam, the first three stores will be opened in prime locations of Hanoi.

After the success of the first restaurant on Dien Bien Phu Street, District 1, McDonalds Ho Chi Minh City will open the second on May 16th. The new restaurant is located near Ben Thanh Market, on Tran Hung Dao Street.

39 years after the Vietnam Liberation Day, Da Nang has developed significantly in all aspects. More importantly, Da Nang City has leave impression on tourists and residents as the most worth-living city in Vietnam.

As global economy is having positive changes, Vietnam economy will be definitely boosted. It is expected to increase 5.6 percent in this 2014 thanks to the recovery of the United States and Eurozone in banking reforms.
