According to the annual survey of Anphabe in coordination with Nielsen, Microsoft Vietnam continues to be IT Company having the best environment to work in Vietnam. The survey is conducted by Anphabe and Nielsen.

The annual survey of Anphabe in coordination with Nielsen showed that Microsoft Vietnam is voted as the best Vietnam place to work. The survey is conducted every year with profound and updated measures. In addition to proposing career dynamics trends and employer's brands in Vietnam, the survey divides detailed result about "Best places to work in Vietnam" into some categories (by industry, all industries, and by main criteria).

This year's survey is implemented online from October 2014 to January 2015 with a larger scale than the previous one. To specify, the survey was conducted and completed by 15,578 staff of 24 industries countrywide. Among 500 companies dominated from last year's list of top companies voted, this year's survey gives out the list of 358 companies satisfying criteria. Not only being honored among famous enterprises in Vietnam, in the world rankings from different statistics, Microsoft is also the best place to work - always be honored as one of the greatest working environment consistently in recent years, from 2009 - 2014 in Europe and worldwide. The poll is voted by the Great place to work Institute.

According to Microsoft partners and employees, Microsoft deserves to have this title because there always exists a sustainable culture of belief. It is where the opportunity is supported to develop in a creative environment. Microsoft has been creating workspaces to where employees can contribute individual ideas and have the same passion: Creating technologies changing the world. Apart from the first place in Top industries rankings, Microsoft also won an award on "Top leaders" in the survey. Horrifically receving the title, Mr. Vui Minh Tri - General Director of Microsoft in Vietnam shared "If you are looking for a dynamic, active with high productivity everywhere, but still want to balance work and family, that is the image of Microsoft. Unlike other famous corporations, at Microsoft, especially Microsoft Vietnam, challenges help employees more confident and change flexibly to meet demands of customers..."

The new point of this year's survey is that Vietnam enterprises can be assessed by other employees of different enterprises. In addition to proposing career dynamics trends and employer's brand in Vietnam, the survey divides detailed result about "Best places to work in Vietnam" into some categories (by industry, all industries, and by main criteria). Measuring health survey carried out according to internal models Think - Feel - Act, which specifically measured typical expressions of employees' love over Thoughts - Emotional - Positive Action, compared to the average level of the whole market and gave direction to improve business references and appropriate adjustments.

Meanwhile, external health survey uses measurement four-stage method to attract talents: From  Awareness - acknowledgment about employer, Interest - The level of interest in the company selected as future workplace, Desire - Level of favor, record company such as ideal and final workplace, Action - Level of willing to apply when the company suitable position. Ranking of the Best Workplace in Vietnam is based on measuring health outcomes of outside brand employers, and does not depend on the business involving in measuring internal health or not, as internal votes are excluded. From the distance in evaluating the work of the external employees and internal ones, businesses will have multi-dimensional perspectives on survey, which is an important platform to make practical improvements in the strategy to attract and retain talent.
