The annual survey of Anphabe in coordination with Nielsen showed that Microsoft Vietnam is voted as the best Vietnam place to work. The survey is conducted every year with profound and updated measures. In addition to proposing career dynamics trends and employer's brands in Vietnam, the survey divides detailed result about "Best places to work in Vietnam" into some categories (by industry, all industries, and by main criteria).
This year's survey is implemented online from October 2014 to January 2015 with a larger scale than the previous one. To specify, the survey was conducted and completed by 15,578 staff of 24 industries countrywide. Among 500 companies dominated from last year's list of top companies voted, this year's survey gives out the list of 358 companies satisfying criteria. Not only being honored among famous enterprises in Vietnam, in the world rankings from different statistics, Microsoft is also the best place to work - always be honored as one of the greatest working environment consistently in recent years, from 2009 - 2014 in Europe and worldwide. The poll is voted by the Great place to work Institute.

Ranking of the Best Workplace in Vietnam is based on measuring health outcomes of outside brand employers, and does not depend on the business involving in measuring internal health or not, as internal votes are excluded. From the distance in evaluating the work of the external employees and internal ones, businesses will have multi-dimensional perspectives on survey, which is an important platform to make practical improvements in the strategy to attract and retain talent.
