Tan Son Nhat International Airport expands domestic terminal

After six months of operating in the most dynamic city in Vietnam, McDonalds Ho Chi Minh City hits the touchstone of over one million of customers. This brand is preparing to open the third restaurant in the city to appeal the taste of local people.

On August 27th 2014, International Aviation Transport Association (IATA) in collaboration with Vietnam Airlines held a seminar themed “Aviation: Wings of economic growth and connect Vietnam to the World”.

Some airlines announced to stop flights from Vietnam to Korea, and flights from Korea to Vietnam from now to this March. Mostly, airlines have limitations on operations including Vietnam Airlines, Bamboo Airways, Vietjet, and Korea Airlines.

After four years of construction, new Vietnam National Assembly House is finishing the last steps. It is expected to finish on Oct 20. The parliament building is constructed on the ground of old National Assembly building in Ba Dinh.

On July 17, 2014, at a press conference, President of World Bank, Mr. Jim Yong Kim informed that WB would provide over 3.8 billion dollars in the preferential credit for Vietnam to help the country raising the additional private capital.

After the success of the first restaurant on Dien Bien Phu Street, District 1, McDonalds Ho Chi Minh City will open the second on May 16th. The new restaurant is located near Ben Thanh Market, on Tran Hung Dao Street.
