One of the most famous specialties tourists should try when coming to Phu Quoc is herring salad. This is the harmonious combination of fresh ingredients to create a unique cuisine. The market opens from early in the morning around 4 a.m and sells a full range of seafood from fresh seafood to dried seafood. Duong Dong market also is the home of Phu Quoc’s specialty dishes in the morning. Tourists can enjoy the excellent dishes such as “cha ca”, “banh tet”, “banh bot loc”. Besides, the market also has a souvenir area to serve the shopping demand of travelers.

Located in Vo Thi Sau Street, Dinh Cau night market attracts a lot of tourists with more than 100 booths. Visitors can buy all the souvenirs, handicrafts, Phu Quoc pearls, clothes, shoes. In particular, food area sells all of Phu Quoc specialties with many seafood dishes. Dinh Cau night market opens from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
