ingredient to cook two types of a dish is rice. “banh vac” is mainly stuffed with ground shrimp, mixed with a little pepper, garlic, spring onion and esoteric spices. “Banh bao”, on the other hand, has pork, mushroom and sliced green onions as the main fillings.
