Tourists can dress comfortably on the street or many places in Italy, but when traveling Vatican, you should dress very discreetly to respect their customs and habits because the Vatican is holy mosque of Catholicism. Italian is proud of their language, so they do not pay much attention to other languages, including English. Tourists can check in at the big hotel, or order food in the large restaurants with English, but if they want to buy street food, affordable stores, ask for directions, or ask any interesting something, they should learn Italian.
