In two periods from now to June 30, 2015, and from September 1 to November 20, 2015, there is a China Airlines promotion for flight upgrades. With the promotion, passengers as Dynasty Flyer Program will of China Airlines will receive more incentives.

The China Airlines promotion for flight upgrades will be applied as follows:

I. China Airlines promotion for short-haul flights:

From May 15, 2015 - June 30, 2015 and from September 01, 2015 to November 20, 2015, passengers as members of China Airlines Dynasty Flyer Program will be awarded miles with less upgrade mile level, to specify:

A. Time of promotion: From May 15, 2015 - June 30, 2015 and from September 01, 2015 to November 20, 2015 (calculated as departure date).

B. The validity of issue: From May 15, 2015 - June 30, 2015 

C. Applied flights: All short - haul flights in Asia, flights through Taiwan strait (connecting China and Taiwan), Australia - New Zealand (not apply to flights from Taipei Songshan (TSA) - Shanghai Hongqiao (SHA)/Haneda (HND), Shanghai Pudong (PVG)/Beijing (PEK)/ Guangzhou (CAN), Shenzhen Bao'an (SZX), Narita (NRT)/Kansai (KIX), Bangkok (BKK), and Yangon (RGN)...

D. Promotional Upgrade Levels (One way) from Y to C:

- Apply to China Airlines flights between two points in Asia (including Guam), flights over Taiwan Strait, and Australia - New Zealand flights: 10,000 mileage, instead of 15,000 mileage (as before).

- Flights Taipei - Delhi: 15,000 mileage, instead of 20,000 mileage (as before).

E. Some points to note in this promotion:

1. Members of China Airlines DFP having booking confirmed with normal award level by using their mileage or being transferred will be applied with the award levels in this promotion. The change related to China Airlines mileage will be conducted after flight departure. The difference in mileage will be returned to the original holder's account when the flight ends.

2. For transferred mileage, the difference in mileage will be returned to the original holder's account when the flight ends.

3. Award seat depends on the flight and the seat control.

II. Upgrade to PY class with only 17,777 mileage for Taipei (TPE) - Los Angeles (LAX)/New York (JFK)/San Francisco (SFO)...

Passengers as members buying China Airlines Economy class ticket in the above mentioned flights have conditions to upgrade class tp PY with 17,777 mileage.

1. Promotional period: September 01, 2015 - December 09, 2015 (depending on departure date).

2.  Applicable Routes: Taipei - Los Angeles/New York/San Francisco... Economy class

3. Booking class: all classes, except for X, L, S, and G.
