With an objective of creating maximum enjoyment, convenience, and comfort for tourists, 32 spacious cabins in Starlight Halong Cruise fully feature with modern amenities and facilities following international standards. There are three choices of cabin including deluxe, executive, and suite. Having the same area of 22m2 (4.4m × 5m), deluxe cabins and executive cabins offer extra bed on request. On the other hand, suites are the largest cabins in the cruise with the space of 50m2 (5m × 10m) located in the third deck. These suites offer extra bed on request and have a private balcony.

Similar to other luxury cruises in Halong Bay, Starlight Cruise provides general services involving 24-hour security, doctor on call, reception, safety box at reception, boutique library, conference & meeting facilities, rowing boat, baby cot, boutique shop, bar & restaurant, cabin service, beauty and massage services, and fresh flower.
Having a holiday on Starlight, tourists have great opportunity not only to relax and take a rest after a long time of hard working, but also take care of your health and your beauty by using spa and massage services. The distinguished feature of this steam room on board in comparison with other ones is this room uses steam and moist heat instead of dry heats of a sauna. The sauna uses high heat in a dry environment which encourages profuse sweating.
In addition, to help tourists arriving in Halong easily and conveniently, Starlight also provides transferring tourists from Noi Bai International Airport to center of Hanoi and from Hanoi to Halong city or surrounding areas. In order to get to Halong city from Hanoi, tourist can travel by helicopter, private car, minibus or bus offering by Starlight Cruise.
Activities and Recreation
In terms of program on board, tourists can take part in many interesting activities such as cooking classes, dinner in cave, fishing, swimming, kayaking, Tai Chi, spa & massage, and wooden games.
In the first day of itinerary, around 12.00 at noon, tourists will get on the cruise, enjoy a welcome drink, and listen a brief introduction about cruise. At the same time, they will be guided safety instructions as well. Later on, after having a multi-course Vietnamese and Western set menu lunch, Starlight will take tourists to explore Sung Sot Cave and Titop Island. Besides having chance to sightseeing on World Heritage Site, tourists can join exciting activities like climbing up to the peak of Titop Island to have panoramic views of the Bay, trying mini-golf on the top deck, taking part in a cooking demonstration and food decor, joining squid fishing with crew, singing karaoke, or just relax on your own cabin. At 6.00 pm, a program called "Happy Hours" will take place with free finger food and a variety of drinks on discounts. Then, approximately from 7.00 to 9.00 pm, tourists will be served with dinner. They can make a request to have a private dinner.
In the second day, early birds can have a wonderful experience to admire the beauty of Legend Gulf of Tokin at dawn. They can strengthen their health by participating in Tai Chi lesson, an outstanding gem of Chinese culture and have a breakfast later on. In this day, travelers can kayak to discover the hidden areas of breathtaking Halong Bay. Many charming hidden caves, lagoons, pristine beaches, etc are waiting tourists to explore. About at 9.00, tourists will come back to Halong Starlight Cruise and continue discovering 2000 beautiful and unspoiled islets of Halong. After having lunch at 10.30 am, tourists will prepare for check-out procedures.

Check-in/Check-out
The check-in and check-out time is respectively 1.00 pm and 10.30 am. Nonetheless, when making a booking, tourists should further ask staff for updated information.
Cancellation
Starlight Cruise in Halong requires that all cancellations must be received in writing and sent through email. The sooner tourists make a cancellation request, the less they will be charged. For more detailed information, see below table:

Children and extra beds
For children under 6 years old, he/she will freely share room, bed, and food with his/ her parents. However, in case of more than 1 child (maximum 3 children) accompanied with parents, tourists must pay for an extra bed. In case of 2 children sharing cabin with 1 adult, tourists must pay single cabin and pay for extra bed if require. If extra bed is paid, children will be served food as individual guest.
With children from 6 to 11 years old sharing cabin with parents, an additional fee is required for an extra bed. In addition, there is only one child in the age of 6 - 11 can share cabin with 2 adults. If there are 2 children, tourists have to book a further room and pay 80% of normal double room. In case of one child sharing cabin with one adult, they are required to pay 90% normal double room. With these kids, they will be served with food, tickets, shuttle bus, etc as adults.
In case of children over 12 years old, they will be cost as adults.
In terms of extra bed, an adult sharing cabin with 2 other ones must pay for an extra bed.
Cards accepted
Tourists can make payment either via online by Paypal or by credit card like American Express, Visa, and Master Card, or in cash at Starlight office. Please be reminded that payment by credit card (Paypal) will be charged 2-4% bank fee for each transaction.
How safe is your boat?
To bring tourist most wonderful trip in Halong Bay but always ensure their security, Starlight Cruise are fully equipped with safety amenities and services such as leakage alarm systems, fire safety system, 24 hour security staff, video camera at entrance, regular safety inspections, etc.
What should I bring on board?
Starlight Cruise recommend that tourists should bring along with sun glasses, wide brim hat, sun block, insect repellents, warm clothes (in winter), and swimming suites (in summer). In addition, if you take your children along with, you should bring their necessary utensils such as candy, cakes, books, notebooks, toys, etc for them.
