In the morning, you will be pick up from your hotel to depart for Halong Bay. When arriving Tuan Chau Marina, you finish you check-in procedure and get onboard. At noon, you will be served with welcome drink on the junk before having lunch. During this time, Phoenix Cruise will sail to the center of Halong Bay. In the afternoon, you will visit Stone Dog Islet, Swan Island, Ba Hang Floating Village, Incense Burner and Thumb islets, before reaching Luom Bo area for kayaking. In the late afternoon, you will come back to the junk to participate in a sunset party on the sundeck, and cruise to a quiet anchorage area for an overnight stay. After having dinner, you can take part in some relaxing activities such as fishing at night with the crew, playing games, or simply sitting at bar and sipping your favorite drinks and chatting with friendly and funny staff.
After having breakfast, you will be taken to an amazing grotto of this bay – Sung Sot Cave. Then, you have a chance to join a cooking class of making Vietnamese spring rolls. Before getting off the junk, you are served with a brunch. Then, shuttle bus is ready for take you back to the hotel. Your tour ends.

In the afternoon, you travel to the north and go kayaking in Cat Ba National Park, pop in Day and Night Cave. In addition, you have a chance to enjoy serene atmosphere of the area with tranquil water, stunning limestone and lagoons. Besides, you have the opportunities to observe a family of Cat Ba Languar.
In the late afternoon, you come back to the junk and have a sunset party on the sundeck before dinner. At night, it is time for relaxing and revitalizing.

According to the policy of the Phoenix Cruise Halong, the check-in time is 12:00 am and the checkout time is 11:30 am. Yet, you should present early to make sure that you prepare well for the voyage. This timetable can be earlier or later, depending on the weather condition and itinerary.
Cancellation
Cancellation by cruise: in case of bad weather conditions / tropical storm, passengers will be contacted as soon as possible, and offered an alternative of equivalent quality or a full refund of all monies paid. No additional compensation will be paid over and above the total sum received from passenger.
Cancellation by customers: All cancellations must be received in writing, by fax or email.

Children and extra beds
- Children under 4-years old will be free of charge (Maximum of 1 child)
- Children from 4 up to 8 years old:
- If bed-sharing with his parents, the child will be charged 50% of the adult price
- If sharing a cabin with one adult, the child will be charged 70% of the adult price
- If on a Day Tour, the child will be charged 70% of the adult price
- 9 years old and older will be charged as adults
- Two children under 9 years old sharing a cabin will be charged 75% of the full cabin rate.

- Please note that all online credit card transactions in Vietnam are subject to a 4 % surcharge. In case your card has run through our card reader terminal in Vietnam 3% surcharge will be applied (4% with AMEX & JCB).

Safety
To help tourist experience the most memorable and safest cruise, Phoenix Cruise Halong is always outfitted with safety amenities and services such as leakage alarm systems, fire safety system, 24-hour security staff, regular safety inspections, etc. This cruise is also well equipped with glass hammers, fire extinguishers, automatic alarm facilities of smoke and fire. There are adequate buoyancy aides for all passengers and crew. Cabins, passageways and public areas are free from hazards. All stairs have handrails and are free from trip hazards. First Aid kits are fully stocked and carried onboard. The accommodation areas including cabins, public areas and passageways are free from oil/fuel and other odors.
