Deluxe Balcony Cabin has an area of 18 square meters. The cabin is located on the second deck with private balcony. Each cabin is kitted out with a double bed or twin beds. In this cabin, there is only one child allowed to stay with two adults. The decoration of this cabin is similar with Deluxe Cabin (without balcony). VIP Cabin is Suite Cabin which has an area of 20 square meters. These cabins are located on the second deck. Each cabin possesses a connecting door, a Jacuzzi bathtub, and a private 10-meter-square terrace with panoramic view of the bay. Cancellation by the cruise
In cases of strikes, lockouts, stoppage of labor, riots, weather conditions or any other reason whatsoever, the cruise has an absolute right to cancel, proceed, and delay or alternative any scheduled sailing or itinerary without prior notice. The Halong cruise may, but is not indebted to, alternative another vessel for any sailing and cannot be liable for any loss to the passenger by reason such as cancellation, proceeding, delay or substitution.
Children and extra beds
- There is only 01 child in a cabin and he or she will be reduced applicably if sharing a cabin with maximum 02 adults
- Child under 6 years old is free of charge if sharing with parents and using existing bedding. Baby cot is sometime not available and must be informed in advance.
- Child from 6-11 years old sharing a cabin with 2 adults in existing bedding: a surcharge of USD60.00/1 child is applied.
- Two children from 6-11 years old will stay at private cabin are charged 75% adult rate.
- Children above 12 years old will pay full adult rate.
Cards accepted
Online payment with a secured payment gateway is acceptable for MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. For more information, you should contact the booking staff to be instructed more.
You can also have some options of payment by Bank Transfer and Western Union. Please, kindly note that the payment fees are not inclusive in price.
You can choose to pay the remainder of your balance by cash or credit card at our office in Hanoi or Halong Bay. For credit card payments, under 4 percent of bank fee is added for each transaction.

Notes
- The itinerary and schedule may be changed due to weather, tide levels and operating conditions. Swimming or kayaking activities may be cancelled due to bad weather.
- Meals onboard are various from Vietnamese, seafood to international dishes. You should advise any special food, allergies or dietary requirements in advance (at least one (1) week before the cruise departs.
- Advanced registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and visa expiry date for all passengers.
- Wi-Fi is available onboard and free of charge.

- Life jackets are in the drawer under your bed; No smoking in restaurant and cabin

What to wear on the boat
To ensure your health in good condition and to have the most convenient voyage, you are recommended to take light garments in summer and a jacket in winter because the weather can be colder, especially at night. In addition, you should bring a raincoat along in case of unpredicted weather.
Besides, for kayaking lovers, you should change your clothes before getting wet during this special tour. In terms of wearing shoes, choose a durable one that makes you feel the most comfortable and appropriate according to the weather.
