After checking in, you will be served with welcome drink, and then have lunch and cruise around spectacular limestone islets in the bay as Fighting Cocks, Little Dog Rock, and Incense Burner, etc. In the afternoon, you will pop in Sung Sot Cave. After that, it is time to enjoy drink on sundeck, admire the sunset and take wonderful photos of the bay. If you adore Vietnamese cuisine, you can take part in a cooking class. In the evening, you are served with deluxe dinner. At night, some entertainment activities as night squid fishing, karaoke, and dancing are available.

In the morning, you will have breakfast on board, and then the cruise takes you to Lan Ha Bay by a tender. In this bay, there are two options for passengers. First option, you can join rock-climbing (option kayaking) with Western instructors on Moody’s Beach (Hai Pai Beach). Then, you will have lunch, and transfer to Thap Nghiem. In late afternoon, you can climb rock on Hai Pai Beach (option kayaking). Second option, you will have the whole day relaxing on Van Boi Beach, Ba Cat Beach, and go kayaking around Lan Ha Bay. In the evening, dinner is ready onboard. At night, you can join to catch squid with the cruise’s crew.

Check-in/Check-out
According to the policy of the Halong cruise, the check-in time is 12:00 am and the check-out time is 11:00 am. Yet, you should present at about 11:30 am to make sure that you prepare well for the voyage.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via email. You do not have to pay any cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation more than 30-days before the check-in date.
- More than 30 days prior to check-in: No cancellation charge
- From 15 to 10 days prior to check-in: 25% of total rates
- From 10 to 5 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
- From 5 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
- No-Show: 100% of total rates
Children and extra beds
- Children under 4 years old will be Free of charge
- One child under 12 years old is generally charged as a reduction of 50% of the tour price, if he/she is accompanied by at least two full paying adults and - stays in the same room.
- Other children policy will be consulted in details by Calypso Cruise upon request.
Cards accepted
- The full payment of the trip must be made at least 1 day before sailing, for all the members both for the single reservation and for the group reservation.
- The payment can be made either by Paypal or by credit card (American Express, Visa, and MasterCard).
- Cash payment applied for paying for the remaining balance at our offices under agreement between passengers and the cruise’s payment by credit card (Paypal) would be charged 2-4% bank fee for each transaction.
Safety
To help tourist experience the most memorable and safest cruise, Calypso Cruise is always outfitted with safety amenities and services such as leakage alarm systems, fire safety system, 24-hour security staff, regular safety inspections, etc. This cruise is also well equipped with glass hammers, fire extinguishers, automatic alarm facilities of smoke and fire.
There are adequate buoyancy aides for all passengers and crew. Cabins, passageways and public areas are free from hazards. All stairs have handrails and are free from trip hazards. First Aid kits are fully stocked and carried onboard. The accommodation areas including cabins, public areas and passageways are free from oil/fuel and other odors.
