What is A Point?
Card point
Point (A) is the unit accumulated by ordering travel services of AloTrip and symbiotic utilities, like AloCafe. 01 A Point equals to 1000 VND. Customer can use points as a direct discount amount on bill when dealing at AloCafe or on APP AloTrip.

How long is the validity of A Point?

Points in APP exist forever; will be invalid in cases:
AA is removed/deleted
Customer asks for cancelling card;
Fraudulent conversion is proved;
Program is stopped.

How can I earn points?
Card point
Customer ordering AloTrip services and enjoy beverage at AloCafe can earn points automatically when presenting AA Membership Card on mobile phone at the counter. In addition, by ordering services through website, Facebook, Zalo, Customer can earn points if using the same phone number used to sign in APP AloTrip.

What is the rate of earning points?
Card point
Earned points are calculated exactly in accordance with the value of good/service paid actually by Customer. Rate is ranging from 1-10%. To view more details, pls visit: http://app.alotrip.com/member-card/member-benefit
For example: The earning point rate of 10% is applied for services of AloCafe. By ordering a drink costing 29,000VND, Customer can earn 2.9 A Points. Then, buying a good costs 39,000VND, discounted 30,000VND, Customer pays only 9,000VND; which can earn 0.9 A Point.

Customer can use all kinds of payment to earn points, provided that Customer must use the same phone number to sign in and register the service.

Customer can use points directly at AloCafe to buy drinks, or can convert into vouchers on APP, then use vouchers to get discounted on APP orders.

Can not update my phone number
Account
When you can not update your phone number, App will pop-up: Phone number is existing.
Means this number was registered and used with an account before. In this case, please remove this number from your old account in order to use it for your new account. Besides, you can contact AloTrip for support.
