E ticket is a ticket that all information of ticket is stored in database system of Vietnam Airlines. Passsengers should bring e ticket when conducting flights of the carrier. To look for ticket, passengers can access website: www.virtuallythere.com/new/reservationsChron.html?&host=VN

Information on e ticket includes:
- Ticket number, date and place of issue ticket
- Reservation code
- Passenger Name
- Flight: flight number, airline, date and time of departure, reservation status
- Payment information: Detailed fare, taxes, charges and method of payment
- Conditions ticket, baggage allowance…

After completing ticket payment, e ticket will be sent to passenger via email which is usded to book the ticket. Passengers can print the Vietnam Airlines ticket and bring to the airport to check in. Currently, VNA accepts 02 types of tickets:

- E ticket: passengers bring e ticket which consists all information about the ticket and flight. All information about passengers is kept at database of the airline.

- Paper ticket: passengers need to bring paper ticket and valid carriage document for the flight.

- Children from 2-12 years old: 75% of adult rate
- Infant under 2 years old: 10% of adult rate
- Elderly: 100% adult rate
- Disables: 20% discount of regular airfare

If passengers buy e ticket of VNA and lose booking code, passengers can show the airline staff with ticket number at the airport. In case, passengers forget both reservation code and ticket number, passengers should provide exact passengers’ full name, flight, and departure time. Yes. In terms of passenger class, the airfare of different seats will differ from each other. In terms of daily airfare, the ticket price of route Hanoi – Saigon always has differences, but not much, because in different flights, each will have different rate in the same class.

Yes. VN Airlines ticket fare is included airport tax and other surcharges when passengers complete the payment.

Yes. Ticket is carriage contract between VN Airline and passengers, thus, passengers have to keep ticket until the flight ends to check in at the airport and complete immigration procedure.

Airfare in flight is different though passengers sit on a same row in flight, as some passengers booked tickets of VNA for months ago (promotion period). Thus, passengers who buy tickets early can book a cheaper seat.

Apart from ticket, passengers need to bring identity card in domestic flights, or passport in international flights, and visa if the country to which passengers come requires visa.
