Each ship has a length of 67.94 meters and a width of 11.8 meters with a crew of 35 people. There are 24 luxury cabins, two upper opulent dining areas (indoors and outdoors), two commodious sundecks and relaxation areas.
Each cabin of this junk is outfitted with twenty-first-century amenities, time-honored design and décor, private Jacuzzi, large window with wonderful bay view. There is only one type of cabin in this junk: Deluxe cabin. Each cabin has an area of 26.5 sq. meters. They are well furnished with modern amenities, double/twin/single bedding. Deluxe Double is outfitted with a double bedding, while Deluxe Twin is furnished with two single beds, and Deluxe Single is equipped with a single bed. All interior are decorated by polished wood. Traveling with Dragon Legend Cruise, tourists will have two options of Halong cruise tours: 2 Days/1 Night, and 3 Days/ 2 Nights. In this tour, you will be taken to Bai Tu Long Bay which is an ideal attraction for tourists to adventure the nature beauty of this bay, discover the local fishermen’s life, pop in stunning caves, go kayaking and visit floating village. This tour costs from US$ 217 per pax.
From Hanoi, you can catch a shuttle bus or private car to Halong Bay. On the way, you can contemplate many interesting and unique images which are found only in Vietnam. At noon, you will arrive at Hon Gai International Harbor and check in to get on the ship. Here, you will be served with welcome drinks during the introduction time about the cruise and safety. Next, you will enjoy your lunch in the outdoor dining area if the weather is favorable. During the lunch time, the cruise will take you to Bai Tu Long Bay.
In early afternoon, you will drop by Vung Vieng Fishing Village. A rustic boat rowed by a villager will take you to visit around the village. You will pop in a floating school and a fish farm in this tour. Then, you will have a chance to test your culinary skills with a cooking class while traveling to Vung Dang. Here, it is the time to immerse in the cool seawater with a white sandy beach. Otherwise, you can go kayaking through mysterious limestone. That will be an exciting experience in this tour.
In the evening, you have dinner on the junk. Before having dinner, you can revitalize in the outdoor or indoor mineral seawater pool, fitness room, or have some spa and massage treatments. The 3-day-2-night cruise will take you to untouched Bai Tu Long Bay which is an ideal place for you to discover the spectacular view of the bay and local life of fishermen. You will visit cave, go kayaking, pop in a floating village, and have a BBQ lunch on beach. The cruise will take you to Cong Do area and explore Thien Canh Son Cave. Before that, you will get started your day with Tai Chi exercise, then have breakfast and contemplate the morning view of Halong Bay with a cup of coffee or tea. Check-in/Check-out
According to the policy of Dragon Legend Cruise, the timetable of check-in and check-out is 12:30 PM and 11:45 AM, respectively. You should present at 12:00 AM at Hon Gai International Harbor. Yet, this time can be earlier or later depending on the tour you book and its itinerary. Thus, you should contact booking staff for more detail and getting there on time.
Cancellation
There are several policies on cancellation by guests. Any cancellation should be sent via email, following these below terms.
Sharing – from 1 to 2 cabins:
- More than 7 days prior to check-in: No cancellation charge
- From 7 to 2 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 48 hours prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
- No-Show: 100% of total rates
Charter/ Sharing from 3 to 10 cabins:
- More than 14 days prior to check-in: No cancellation charge
- From 14 to 7 days prior to check-in: 25% of total rates
- From 6 to 2 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 48 hours prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
- No-Show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation is made by Dragon Legend Cruise in the following cases:
In some circumstances of bed weather conditions, wars, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disasters, terrorism, or order from the Local Authority, your tours will be cancelled. If we cancel or delay your booking, you can either get a refund or accept an alternative equivalent or similar standard and price, if one is available, and we will always refund the difference in price if the alternative is of a lower standard and price.
Children and extra beds
Child under 4 years old is free of charge if he or she shares a fully paid cabin with parents; one child per cabin is acceptable (for sharing or charter option).
For sharing option of sharing boat with other group, or private cabin
- Child from 4 to 12 staying on separate bed: charge 75% adult rate
- Child from 2 to 6 sharing fully paid cabin with parents, if order meals: cost 30 USD/child (for 2D1N), and 45 USD/child (for 3D2N)
- Child from 7 to 12 sharing fully paid cabin with parents: charge 50% adult rate
For charter option of hiring the whole boat for a group: child from 4 years will be charged as adult.

Card accepted
Online payment with ONEPAY, a secured payment gateway, is acceptable for MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
You can also have some options of payment by Bank Transfer and Western Union. Please, kindly note that the payment fees are not inclusive in price.
You can choose to pay the remainder of your balance by cash or credit card at our office in Hanoi or Halong Bay. For credit card payments, a 3% bank fee is added for each transaction.

What to wear on the boat?
To ensure your health in good condition and to have the most convenient voyage, you are recommended to take light garments in summer and a jacket in winter because the weather can be colder, especially at night. In addition, you should bring a raincoat along in case of unpredicted weather.
Besides, for kayaking lovers, you should change your clothes before getting wet during this special tour. In terms of wearing shoes, choose a durable one that makes you feel the most comfortable and appropriate according to the weather. Do not forget to bring walking shoes and bathing suit for your exciting excursions in the bay.
