Activities and recreation
In general, each itinerary of Paradise Cruise will have different activities for tourists. However, there are some common activities like swimming, fishing, snorkeling, cycling, kayaking, etc. In addition, in the first day of your itinerary, there are many interesting activities such as visit local night markets and Halong fish market, relax on beach and play some beach sports, go fishing, etc.
In the first day with Halong Paradise Explorer Cruise two days one night, after check in at Paradise Suites Hotel, tourists can take a rest and participate in a plenty of activities around Tuan Chau Island including:

- Attend Tai Chi or Yoga Class
- Visit local night markets to browse for local handicrafts and souvenirs (evening)
- Enjoy the bar and music from our live band
- Relax on the beach and join some water sports available off shore
- Go fishing with local fisherman – eat what you catch or bring back to the restaurants to prepare
- Visit Halong fish market and take part in a cooking class with our chef

In the second day, after embarkation and having a buffet breakfast on board, tourists will discover Halong Bay, a wonder of nature at 9.00 - 10.30 am. If you travel in winter, you will have a chance to visit Cat Ba Island and Viet Hai Village. In addition, tourists can go sightseeing by a bicycle or motorbike. On the other hand, if tourists travel Halong in summer, they will have a different program with Paradise Explorer. In details, tourists will visit Vung Vieng floating village exploring surrounding landscapes and daily activities of fishermen here. With this experience, tourists will be transferred to a small rowboat paddling through the village and interacting with local people. In addition, tourists also have opportunity to visit Tung Sau pearl farm and discover the intricate methods of oyster and pearl cultivation.
Whether you are in winter or summer program, you will be transferred back to Explorer Cruise for lunch at 12.00. There are many other exciting activities waiting tourists such as kayaking, swimming, make Halong Bay seafood salad, etc. You itinerary will be ended at 17.30 pm.

Check-in/Check-out
Tourists will check in at 2.00 pm at Paradise Suites Hotel after being transferred from Hanoi to Tuan Chau Island. Basing on the itinerary tourists choose, you will check out before 12.00 at noon in the second day (Paradise Explorer two days one night) or in the third day (Paradise Explorer three days two nights). For more detailed information, please ask staffs to make sure you are on time.
Cancellation
In terms of cancellation, tourists will be charged basing on the time they make a request. The earlier they make cancellation request, the less they will be cost.
In details, with FIT booking (groups of less than 7 cabins), for those who inform more than 7 days before trip departure, they will receive a full refund. However, if tourists make a request of cancelation from 7 days to 3 days before arrival, they will be charged 50%. Finally, tourists informing less than 72 hours before vessel departure will not be returned the payment they did before.
For GIT booking (group of from 7 cabins), tourist informing cancellation more than 60 days before arrival will receive 100% the payment. On the other hand, they will be charged 50% of the total rate if informing from 60 - 31 days, 75% from 30 to 15 days, and 100% if less than 15 days.
Children and extra beds
For children under the age of 5 years old, they can freely share cabin with two adults and maximum one child. Baby cot is free of charge. However, if tourists require an additional bed, they must pay further $25 for two days - one night program and $35 for three days - two nights program.
The cost of an inclusive extra bed for children from 5 to 12 years old sharing cabin with two adults will depend on the itinerary and the time you travel.
Finally, with ones over 12 years old, they will be charged as adult's rate.
Cards accepted
To make the payment happening easily, conveniently and safely, tourists can pick up one of two options below. In the first way, tourists can use visa, master card, etc to make the payment through OnePay online payment gateway. Besides, tourists can also transfer their payment by credit card, bank wire transfer, or through Western Union Global Transfer.
How safe is your cruise?

What should I wear on the boat?
To keep your health and create the most convenient for your voyage, Paradise Luxury Cruise advise that you should take a light garments in summer and a jacket in winter because the weather can be pretty cold, especially at night. In addition, bringing a raincoat will be useful anytime due to the unpredictable weather.
There is a note if you want to do kayaking, you should change your clothes first because it is easily to get wet. In terms of wearing shoes, choose one that make you feel the most comfortable and appropriate according to the weather. Do not forget to bring walking shoes and bathing suit for your exciting excursions in the Bay.
