Shall AloTrip pay for surcharges regulated by banks issuing cards when I buy ticket?

No. We do not take responsibility for any surcharges originating from banks issuing cards, which are related to buying ticket on AloTrip. Passengers should contact the bank issuing cards to know more about charges incurred.

What to do if I cannot verify card at the airport?

In case, card holders cannot verifying at the airport, they must verifying with us when booking tickets or before conducting flights.

What to do if my card is rejected when paying for tickets?

In case, passenger’s card cannot be verified according to requirement of AloTrip, passenger will be rejected to get on board; otherwise, passenger has to buy new tickets.

After passenger searches for flight, fill all information, the total price will be shown up. Passenger clicks button “Continue to pay” and there will be 2 payment methods: Pay now and Pay later. However, passenger should pay for the ticket right after booking or the price of ticket may change.
