- SkyBoss: passengers are free of charge for selecting seat in all flights of Vietjet Air.
- Eco and Promo, passengers have to pay the following fees:
+ Domestic flights: standard seat: 20,000 VND/passenger/flight, special seat: 60,000 VND/passenger/flight.
+ International flights: : standard seat: 0.95 USD /passenger/flight, special seat: 2.86 USD /passenger/flight.

To passengers as infants under 2 years old accompanied by parents or guarantee (more than 18 years old), it is necessary to provide all information of infants (full name, date of birth) when book tickets of Vietjet. The information must not added when carrying check-in procedure at the airport. If the information of infant are added late, the infant may not be carried in flight as the number of infants in flight is limited (no more than 16 infants in a flight). Therefore, the infant may be transported in another flight.

Passengers can reserve seat at the same time when booking VietJet ticket, or at least 4 hours before scheduled departure time.
The latest time to hold your booking if paying later is within 24 hours since completing the reservation, and no later than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

If the departure of Vietjet flights change, the airline will arrange a same seat to passenger as that is booked before. If the airline cannot arrange the same seat, passengers will be reimbursed seat pre-reservation fee.

The special seats include seats near emergency exit and seats toward the front of the plane. These seats have more spacious room than other seats, which helps passengers feel more comfortable during the flight.

VietJetAir will make all its attempt to guarantee passenger’s seat. However, as for the exploitation, safety or security, the airline has the right to re-arrange passenger’s seat before and even after getting on board.

In some case, if passengers buy tickets within 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, or buy promo tickets, passengers have to complete the payment before receiving the reservation code and seat confirmation.

In case, there is no seat for passengers, passengers have some following optiosns:

a. Passengers will be carried on the next flight with seat available according to the airline’s departure, and passengers do not have to pay for extra fee.

b. Passengers can choose another departure, remain the airfare in Vietjet booking system within 180 days since the day of choosing the option.

Yes. Passengers have to book and pay for two seats. Name of the second passenger must be noted with EXST to recognize that it is the extra seat.

Booking code or reservation code of passenger is encrypted in the system of Vietjet. The reservation code includes a series of number. The booking code helps passengers look up and check information of booking.
