Economy Starter ticket is non-refundable. If passenger does not take the flight, passenger will not get refund of ticket price and fees.

Passenger can get refund for Economy Starter Max. Passengers must pay refund fee. The fees may be changed and applied according to the fee rate in the time of changing.

The change deadline is scheduled flight departure time.

Passengers will not get refund if your tickets are upgraded from other class or passengers order refund after the day of scheduled flight departure time.

If passenger buy award ticket (Starter Max) of Frequent Flyer of Qantas & Jetstar. Refund fee must be in money (not in point). Award points used for buying ticket will be added back in your account.

Each passenger is refunded with fares and charges for each booking if the original reservation is Business Max (Max Bundle) class which has many advanced benefits and services. And, passengers have to pay for refund fee.

For tickets purchased by bonus points of members in Frequent Flyer program, refunds must be paid in cash (not in point). The bonus of frequent flyers will be re-credited to their account and the payment will be refunded in the form of payment originally used.

Depending on conditions of tickets that passenger purchased or other specified cases regulated by JetstarPacific, we implement principles of ticket refund as follows:

Ticket or part of ticket attached such as service fee, or partially unused flight... is refunded in accordance with fare conditions or policies applied by the airline.

Money is completed according to the original form of payment of airfare. Cancellation fee may be applicable depending on conditions and ticket regulations at the time of cancellation/refund.

Starter, Starter Plus and Business Starter are fares which are not refunded with fares and charges.
