The hotel provides six room types to meet guest’s different requirements involving Communal House Sea View, Mountain View Room, Sea View Room, VIP Room, Ocean View Villa, and Mountain View Villa. The resort restaurant - Coco Restaurant will serve guests Asian and Western dishes. Con Dao Resort has 68 guestrooms and villas including VIP Room, Ocean View Villa, Mountain View Villa, Sea View Room, Mountain View Room, and Communal House Sea View. Generally, all rooms in the resort are quite spacious with the total area fluctuating from 19 to 49 square meters. These 68 guestrooms are spreading from the ground floor to the second floor. Basic in-room amenities include window, balcony, working desk, safety deposit box, kettle, umbrella, and shower.

- After this time, guests will be charged 50 % room rate.

- No room charge for children under 06 years old sharing room with parents & using existing bed(s) maximum 01 children per room.

- From the third person is USD $24 for extra bed.
