Each airline has its own reason for buying checked baggage in advance. You should contact directly to the agency issued the ticket, or choose to manage the booking on the official site to buy.

Currently, the two airlines Air France and Vietnam Airlines only have program to accumulate miles on flights operated by Air France and Vietnam Airlines. Transferable miles only applies in the same program system and depending on the situation.

For more details on how to upgrade to another/higher class on a flight, you need to contact the airline or ticketing agent directly to be informed of the specific conditions and procedures.

Regulations for Vietjet Checked Baggage:

1. Normal Checked Baggage
+ Weight must not exceed 32kg per piece
+ Dimension not to exceed 119cm × 119cm × 81cm
You can pre-book Checked baggage service at AloTrip or directly with Vietjet or at the airport.

2. Oversized Checked Baggage
+ Weight must not exceed 32kg per piece
+ Dimension not to exceed 200cm × 119cm × 81cm
- Pre-book Oversized baggage package already combine Checked baggage fee and Oversized baggage service fee.
You can pre-book Checked baggage service at AloTrip or directly with Vietjet or at the airport.

- Currently, online check-in does not apply for passengers with special services requests. Thus, passengers with special services are required to request services at Ticketing office or Call Center at least 24h before departure.
- Online check-in apply for domestic flights which depart from Tan Son Nhat, Noi Bai and Da Nang airports.

Here are possible reasons why you cannot do online check in:
• Passengers may request Special services.
• Passengers may travel with infants under 02 years old.
• Passengers may travel on flights operated by other airlines.
• Passengers’ bookings may be not confirmed.
• Passengers’ tickets may be not paid.
• Passengers may enter incorrect information
• Passengers may not do online check-in from 24 hours to 1 hours before scheduled departure time.

When your are out of Vietnam, you can book and pay online for tickets. You can pay by Master/Visa card or Paypal account. In case you have family members or friends who live in Vietnam, you can ask them to help by bank transfer.

AloTrip would like to suggest passengers to present at the airport at least 3 hours before the departure time for international flights or 2 hours for domestic ones. Passengers should check the flight status before departure to make sure presenting on time at the airport.

AloTrip is one agency of Vietjet Air. All tickets booked through AloTrip can not be retreived directly on Vietjet Air's website (This is for tickets booked directly with Airline only). Vietjet Air allows passengers to do checkin online for domestic flights in Vietnam which depart from Hanoi, HCM City and Danang within 24hours and at least 3 hours before the real departure time. For it, you need to access Vietjet Air 's website: https://webcheckin.vietjetair.com/?lang=en
Note: All internation flights and domestic flights in Thailand ( VZ) are not allowed for checkin online.

To book a business calss ticket, you access to AloTrip's website: https://flight.alotrip.com/ , search the flight that you want, then choose " Business Class". In case, there is no results shown, you can call to our call center: +842438688800 or send email to [email protected] for support.

For the tickets that can be cancelled and refund ( with a fee), passengers need to confirm through email at least 24 hours prior the flight time. It is recommended that passengers should contact the airline or the agency where they bought tickets to ask before departure date to check the ticket rules correctly.
