Yes. SkyMiles members can combine Main Cabin, First Class, Business Class and Delta One into one round-trip Delta Award Ticket.

Passengers can redeem miles in all flights on Delta (about 350 destinations). U.S.-based members can redeem miles for merchandise, gift cards, car rentals, hotel stays, newspapers, magazines and one-of-a-kind auction packages.

Passengers can recognize the fare class with a letter such as L, U, T, etc which is usually the first letter of the “Fare Code” or “Fare Basis Code”. Other websites may have this information under “Fare Rules and Restrictions” or “Fare Terms and Conditions” and can be located on the website prior to purchasing your ticket.

Yes. Passengers can purchase miles for themselves or they can purchase miles for their family and friends.

When customers make their reservations, they may designate that free tickets will be issued in the name of another person.

Yes. Passenegers as members can change an Award Ticket of Delta up to 72 hours before the original departure time (one-way or round-trip). All taxes and fees of that ticket will apply. The fee for reissues is $150 USD. Diamond and Platinum Medallion members do not have to pay fee, but they have to makes changes at least 72 hours prior to the original flight departure time. Miles for Award Travel are nonrefundable for flights canceled or changed within 72 hours of the original flight departure time.

With a Delta SkyMiles account, customers can buy miles online. All they need to do is fill information of Buy Miles Purchase to start a transaction. Then, customers enter the number of miles they want to buy for their account. Miles will be added into SkyMiles account for at least 10 days, and earned at least one mile since enrolling in the program of SkyMiles.

Customers can buy up to 60,000 miles per calendar year.

The rate per mile is $0.035. Applicable taxes apply.
