Will Delta cancel my reservation if I bought tickets and cannot make one of my flights?

Your reservation can be cancelled if all flights in an itinerary are not flown in the order purchased. If you cannot make one of your flights, you should contact the booking staff on or before the date of departure. In this case, you might be charged changing fee and additional charge when you change tickets. If you own a Basic Economy fare, you cannot change ticket.

How can I request refund for a nonrefundable DELTA ticket?

As non-refundable tickets can be refunded, passenger can only cancel that flight. Passenger can reschedule his flight without losing the full value of that ticket within 01 year since the date of ticket issued. For domestic itinerary, passengers must have tickets issued and travel within 01 year since the date of original ticket. For international itinerary, tickets must be reissued to the same or another international destination, and travel must begin within one year of the original ticket date.
