VN Airlines will provide special meals in the following flights:

- Routes that give the airline enough time to serve special meal. Special meals are also not provided in the flights which the carrier does not offer meal.

- Routes in list of providing special meals will be updated regularly.

Yes. If there is any changes in VNA flight of passenger who orders special meal, passenger should re-register that special meal and confirm the change of flight.
+ Which special meals without additives and preservatives of VN Airlines can I register?

If passenger wants to register meals not containing additives and preservatives, VN Airlines will provide the following special meals:

Fruit Platter Meal
- Recommended for: passengers wishing to eat a meal with no additives/preservatives
- Prohibited: additives, preservatives

Vegetarian Raw Meal
- Recommended for: raw vegetable vegetarians
- Prohibited: caffeinated beverages. highly processed foods, additives, preservatives

Seafood Meal
- Recommended for: passengers who prefer seafood
- Including fish and/or seafood prepared according to local specifications.
+ When is the latest time to register special meals Vietnam Airlines?

Order about service of special meals on VNA flight should be registered with booking staff 24 hours at least prior to the scheduled departure time.
+ What is the latest time to register vegetarian meal for Jews on VNA aircraft?

About service of vegetarian meal for Jews, VNA provides Kosher Meal. The order should be registered with booking staff 72 hours at least prior to the scheduled departure time, the service is available on several flight.
+ Can I register special meals of Vietnam Airlines after booking and payment?

Yes. Order of special meals should be registered at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, and at least 72 hours for some special meals such as Kosher Meal.
+ Shall VN Airlines carry passengers as unaccompanied children aged between 2 and 4?

Yes. Vietnam Airline will carry passengers as Unaccompanied Minor (UM) aged between 2 and under 4 years with the following conditions:

- The services are required to have cabin crew accompanied. The passengers have to book and pay in advance. Accompanied cabin crew service shall be charged separately from other Special services charges and equal to applicable fare respectively to the class of services used. One cabin crew is allowed to accompany a group of maximum 2 UM

- UM service request must be made 3 days prior to estimated time of departure for domestic flights and 5 days for international flights

- Accepted only on Economy class.
