Ten cabins (six double and four twin) of this cruise are categorized into Luxury Cabin (4 twin, 2 double), and Suite Cabin (4 double). All cabins are well appointed with luxurious and modern amenities such as air-conditioner, en-suite bathroom, mini bar, and other necessary amenities. As one of the best deluxe cruises in Halong Bay, Phoenix provides a wide range of food and beverage at its dining area and bar. Possessing 10 deluxe cabins which are lavishly furnished with comfortable bedding, private western standards bathroom, safe box, qualified accessories, and all offer panoramic view through large windows, Halong Phoenix Luxury offers passengers with all comfort and convenience during their trip. Ten cabins of Phoenix Luxury are divided into Suite Cabin (4), Luxury Double Cabin (2), and Luxury Twin Cabin (4).
Each Suite Cabin has an area of 14 square meters. It is furnished with a King-sized bed, private en-suite bathroom. The suite is designed in traditional style in the harmony with modern amenities. With elegant patterns on walls and on bedding, and large windows, the Suite Cabin will make you feel homely.
Luxury Double Cabin has an area of 13 square meters. This cabin is outfitted with a double Queen-sized bed, large windows and en-suite bathroom, and other modern amenities. Luxury Twin Cabin is furnished with an area of 13 square meters, twin beds (90x200 cm) which can be convertible into a double bed.

With the 2-day-1-night cruise tour, the Phoenix Luxury Cruise will take you to magnificent attractions in this bay such as Duck and Thumb islets, Coconut Island, Luom Bo area, Ho Dong Tien, Fighting Cocks, and Little Dog Islet. This cruise tour costs from 180 USD/pax (Luxury Cabin), or 205 USD/pax (Suite Cabin). This rate can be changed seasonally. You should contact the booking staff for more information.

You will depart at Tuan Chau Marina for Halong Bay. Then, you will be served with welcome drink before lunch. In the early afternoon, you will have lunch while the cruise takes you to get around the bay to enjoy stunning scenery of gorgeous natural setting, limestone bedrocks, and islets. In the afternoon, you will visit Luon Bo area where services of kayaking and swimming are ready for you. In late afternoon, you come back to the cruise and enjoy beautiful sunset, along with delicious drinks. Meanwhile, the cruise takes you to Ho Dong Tien to anchor and have overnight stay. In the evening, you will be served with local seafood dinner. At night, you can experience squid fishing or play card game.
Start your day with some exercise and have breakfast. In morning time, the cruise takes you to Sung Sot Cave, Fighting Cocks, Incense Burners, and Stone Dog Islet. After that, you will join a cooking class onboard. In this class, you have a chance to understand more about the Vietnamese cuisine. At noon, you come back to Tuan Chau marina and finish your tour.
This tour will take you to Lan Ha Bay and Cat Ba National Park, along with many stunning view of Halong Bay. You will come to unique and less touristy kayak area. Interestingly, in this tour, you can have a BBQ lunch with wonderful scenery on the beach. The tour costs from 300 USD/pax (Luxury Cabin), and from 330 USD/pax (Suite Cabin).

Your schedule will pass by Ho Dong Tien, Ba Trai Dao Beach (Three Peaches Beach), and Ho Ba Ham. In the morning, after having breakfast, the junk cruises to Three Peaches Beach and Ho Ba Ham to go kayaking and swimming. Then, you will drop by Frog and Chopstick islands, and explore Lan Ha Bay. After that, you will come back to the cruise, relax and have lunch. In the afternoon, you continue to kayak around Ho Ba Ham or swimming, or relax on the sundeck and admire the beauty of the bay. In late afternoon, you will pass Cua Van Floating Village on the return to the Halong Phoenix Luxury. In the evening, you will have a deluxe dinner. The rest time of the day is for to revitalize.

Check-in/Check-out
According to the policy of the Halong cruise, the check-in time is 12:00 am and the checkout time is 11:30 am. Yet, you should present early to make sure that you prepare well for the voyage. This timetable can be earlier or later, depending on the weather condition and itinerary.
Cancellation
Cancellation by cruise: in case of bad weather conditions / tropical storm, passengers will be contacted as soon as possible, and offered an alternative of equivalent quality or a full refund of all monies paid. No additional compensation will be paid over and above the total sum received from passenger.
Cancellation by customers:
- All cancellations must be received in writing, by fax or email.
- More than 30 days prior departure, no cancellation charge.
- From 15 to 30 days prior tour departure, the cancellation charge is 30% of the full amount plus any additional or costs resulting to us.
- Within 15 days prior departure or no-show, the cancellation charge is 100% of the full amount.
Children and extra beds
- Children under 4-years old will be free of charge (Maximum of 1 child)
- Children from 4 up to 8 years old:
- If bed-sharing with his parents, the child will be charged 50% of the adult price
- If sharing a cabin with one adult, the child will be charged 70% of the adult price
- If on a Day Tour, the child will be charged 70% of the adult price
- 9 years old and older children will be charged as adults
- Two children under 9 years old sharing a cabin will be charged 75% of the full cabin rate.
Cards accepted
- The online card payments gateway used by the cruise is Onepay. Your card details will not be stored in our system.
- Please note that all online credit card transactions in Vietnam are subject to a 4 % surcharge. In case your card has run through our card reader terminal in Vietnam 3% surcharge will be applied (4% with AMEX & JCB).
- Accepted international credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express, Diners Club
- Accepted domestic credit cards: Vietcombank, Vietinbank, DongA, Techcombank and Tienphong Bank.
Safety
To help tourist experience the most memorable and safest cruise, Phoenix Luxury Cruise is always outfitted with safety amenities and services such as leakage alarm systems, fire safety system, 24-hour security staff, regular safety inspections, etc. This cruise is also well equipped with glass hammers, fire extinguishers, automatic alarm facilities of smoke and fire.
There are adequate buoyancy aides for all passengers and crew. Cabins, passageways and public areas are free from hazards. All stairs have handrails and are free from trip hazards. First Aid kits are fully stocked and carried onboard. The accommodation areas including cabins, public areas and passageways are free from oil/fuel and other odors.
