Issue tickets for Da Nang Fireworks Festival from 1st April

All preparation for Da Nang Fireworks Festival is being conducted. On April 1, tickets for the international fireworks competition 2015 will be sold. The price is different from scaffolds of B3, B4, and C1 with 500,000 – 400,000 – 300,000 respectively.

According to Da Nang Department of Culture-Sports-Tourism, from April 1 tickets of Da Nang International Fireworks Competition 2015 (DIFC 2015) will be sold at venues of Truong Vuong Theater, Nguyen Hien Dinh Tuong Theater, Center for Tourism Promotion, Center for Organizing Events, Vietnam Art Joint Stock Company, Tran Culinary Chain in Da Nang, and Department of Cultural, Sports, and Tourism. This year, Da Nang City has priority of best places on scaffolds to serve residents and visitors who wish to enjoy the Da Nang Fireworks Festival. Accordingly, tickets at 3 scaffolds of B3, B4 and C1 with a total capacity of 11,165 seats will be sold at a price of VND 500,000/ ticket (B3), VND 400,000/ ticket (B4) and VND 300,000/ ticket (C1).

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in Da Nang said that Da Nang International Fireworks Festival 2015 will continue to take place at the port area of Han River (on the west bank). The city's leaders agreed to build alternative stands on the sidewalk of Tran Hung Dao Street (on the east bank) with more than 32,000 seats. It includes the scaffolds of A and B at the main stage with about 17,650 seats, while the C scaffold in the north with about 14, 350 seats. There are 445/448 hotels operating in the city. These hotels have made declarations lodging rates prescribed, accounting for 99.3% rate. Seven of which remain rates compared to the regular rates, including Vinpearl Premium Da Nang, Fusion Maia Resort, Hoang Anh Gia Lai Plaza Da Nang, Fusion Suites Da Nang Beach, Sun River Hotel, Angle Hotel and Minh Toan Hotel. At present, Da Nang has about 16,000 hotel rooms to serve tourists. Da Nang tourism administrators will coordinate with neighboring localities as such as Hoi An (Quang Nam) and Lang Co (Phu Loc, Thua Thien - Hue) to meet the rise in accommodation needs of domestic and foreign tourists coming to admire the fireworks competition – one of the most attractive international festivals in Vietnam.

With the theme "Da Nang - Symphony of Colors", the fireworks festival in Da Nang 2015 will take place on 28th - 29th of April (at night). It is expected to attract over 50,000 visitors to Da Nang. In addition to the home team, Da Nang – Vietnam, the DIFC in 2015 has the participation of Africa (South Africa), Pyrotecnico (USA), Howard & Son Fireworks (Australia), and Surex Firma Rodzinna (Poland). And, the firework competition has the representatives of five continents. According to the plan, each team joining Da Nang International Fireworks Festival 2015 has performing duration of 20-22 minutes (no less than 20 minutes, and no more than 22 minutes) in accordance with the theme of the competition. Global 2000 Company (Malaysia) continues to be the consulting unit of Da Nang International Fireworks Competition 2015.

This is one of the most outstanding international festivals in Da Nang. According to the organizers, the criteria of assessment and marking will prioritize ideas, diversity, and themes of performance; richness and variety of colors; uniqueness and quality of performance; scale and quantity of effects; synchronization between sound and image; and the matching of music and images of fireworks. In the framework of the DIFC in 2015, there will also have many other ancillary activities such as exchanging culinary festival, Han River boat parade, performances and water sports activities, music programs and fashion show... In particular, the first Da Nang Light Festival will be held in this city on 24th - 26th of April nights, from 18:00 - 22:00 on Bach Dang Street running along the western bank of Han River. This festival is looked forwards to be an indispensable attraction in Da Nang this year.
