Da Nang International Fireworks Competition 2015 announced

In the evening of October 6th, UNESCO Hanoi organized Hanoi dance music festival with many special and attractive repertoires to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of Hanoi Liberation Day and the 20th Anniversary of the establishment of UNESCO Hanoi.

In the night of September 11th, the 10th Craft Viet Festival 2014 was officially opened in Hanoi. There were over 300 booths of 200 agencies and enterprises participating in the fair.

On April 15th, at An Dinh palace, the music festival in the framework of Festival Hue was celebrated with the attendance of many troupes over the world, especially the Australian band Deep Blue. It gave audiences an extremely impressive music show.

Halong Carnival 2015 will be held on May 2015 on Hoang Quoc Viet Street in Halong City. The carnival in Halong 2015 promises to bring many outstanding performances on stage and parades for locals and tourists to admire.

On February 28th (January 10th in lunar calendar), the opening ceremony of Yen Tu Festival took place in Giai Oan yard, Yen Tu, Thuong Yen Cong Commune, Uong Bi City, Quang Ninh Province. This year, Yen Tu Festival will last to April 28th.

On July 20th, “Yang Bay Waterfall Legend” Festival will be held in Yang Bay Tourist Park. It is a unique celebration and one of the largest festivals in Nha Trang, which is deeply imbued with local identity.

On May 10th, the closing ceremony of United Nations Day of Vesak Vietnam 2014 has been formally celebrated at Bai Dinh Pagoda, Ninh Binh Province.

In order to introduce and honor the quintessence of Vietnamese cuisine as well as the creative talent of Vietnamese artisans, Vietnamese cuisine festival 2014 will be celebrated in Nha Trang City since July 1st to 6th 2014.

Nha Trang Sea Festival 2015 will take place from July 11 – 14, 2015 with the theme of Love, Peace, and Creativity. It is expected that many outstanding acitivities in Nha Trang Sea Festival 2015 will satisfy the expectation of visitors.

From October 22th - 24th, Ninh Thuan People Committee successfully organized Cham Kate Festival 2014 in 3 ancient towers of the city involving Polnu Nagar, Po Rme, and Po Klong Girai. Many meaningful cultural activities took place in the festival.

Ba Na Hills has officially inaugurated the first Flower Festival Ba Na Hills at D' amour flower garden with the convergence of a variety of flowers from all over the country and renowned flowers in the world.

After Tet Nguyen Dan Festival, Tet Doan Ngo Festival held on the 5th of the fifth lunar month is the warmest and biggest reunion festival of Vietnamese people. Traditionally, the festival is held to protect the crops and health of people with fruit feast.

Annually, on the 10th day of the third month in lunar calendar, people from everywhere in Vietnam and international tourists come to Phu Tho to join Hung King Festival. This is one of important festivals in the country.

The plan of Coconut Festival 2015 in Ben Tre is a favorable condition to promulgate Coconut industry in Ben Tre to nationwide and worldwide through tourist activities. The 4th Ben Tre Coconut Festival is going to be held in April, 2015.

The opening ceremony of Southern Fruit Festival 2014 will be held on June 1st. The festival is an annual cultural event which is the most awaited every summer in Ho Chi Minh City.

The Dragon Dance Festival 2014 will take place on October 4th 2014 at Statue of King Ly Thai To area in Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi. The festival is held by Hanoi Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Folk Cake Festival, one of the traditional festivals in Southern Vietnam, will be held on February 2nd at the Hoa Su Restaurant in Can Tho. The festival aims to introduce to tourists the cultural traditional feast in Tet occasion of Vietnamese.

From August 17th to 23rd, Week of Korean Traditional Culture Experience will be celebrated at Vietnamese Women’s Museum on Ly Thuong Kiet Street. It is an opportunity to explore and experience Korean culture.

In order to introduce and honor the quintessence of Vietnamese cuisine as well as the creative talent of Vietnamese artisans, Vietnamese cuisine festival 2014 will be celebrated in Nha Trang City since July 1st to 6th 2014.

The second Halong Cherry Blossom Festival took place successfully. After two times of organizations, the festival proved itself in defining relationships between Vietnam and Japan in particular, Quang Ninh and other cities of Japan in general.
