Vietnam economy with opportunities and challenges in 2015

According to National Assembly, foreigners in Vietnam will have a chance to buy their own houses. The new rule will take effect from July 2015. Based on the new law on housing, foreign individuals and organizations can purchase or lease houses in Vietnam.

In the afternoon of December 10th, representatives of Vietnam Government and Korean Government signed the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to conclude negotiations of Vietnam - Korea Free Trade Agreement.
